The resources listed on this page are available as part of our community outreach program. We work with various organizations and individuals in our community as well as curated educational and service events to connect pocket pet owners with the education and resources they need.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM
We know many people are struggling financially and we would like to offer our support to the community in order to keep pocket pets and their families together.
NAIL TRIM CLINICS
We understand how hard it can be to keep your pocket pet's nails trimmed so MNPPR holds regular Nail Trim Clinic events at local pet stores where you can bring your pet and we will trim their nails for you!
POCKET PET VETS
Not all veterinarians are comfortable or trained to treat pocket pets. View our list of Twin Cities area vets who see pocket pets, including indications of what species each can accommodate.
POCKET PET SITTERS
MNPPR has gathered a short list of people who've let us know that they are comfortable pet sitting for pocket pets. Please note that we are not representatives of, nor are we responsible or liable for any pet sitting services. Any agreements or arrangements made are between you and the pet sitter.
We've partnered with several businesses that donate a percentage of some of their profits to us as well as other corporate donation programs. Help pocket pets while you shop!
Our allies include close relationships with other rescues, businesses, and nonprofits in which we provide support to one another in various ways.
